Editing Your Profile

Your profile and picture identify you in SongPop! 

PLAYER NAME

You have the option to choose your display name once you sign up but have the option to change it whenever you want in Settings > Player Profile.

This is the name players will see across the game!

PROFILE PICTURE

Your profile picture can be changed at any time once you've reached level 14 in Settings > Player Profile. We ask that you keep your profile pictures appropriate for all audiences, profile pictures that violate our terms of service may result in a ban.

USER ID

Please note your UserID (found in Settings > Edit Account, shown as a long string of letters and numbers) is separate from your Display Name and is not shown throughout the app. You are not able to edit this.

It is a unique ID that will be helpful for support agents to identify your account should you run into issues.

CUSTOMIZING YOUR PROFILE

IF YOU ARE A PLUS MEMBER:

To customize your profile and app with your different frames and vinyls, you can tap on the headers on your PLUS shelf above your profile picture where your Frames, Stickers, and Vinyls are displayed (please tap on the headers and not the images of the frames/vinyls). Tapping on these will take you to the respective screen where you can select your desired item to equip!

Please note that your vinyl and the changes it makes to your game is only seen by you.

IF YOU ARE A BASIC MEMBER:

To customize your profile and app with your different frames and vinyls, you can scroll down on your profile page to where your Collected Items, where your Frames, Stickers, and Vinyls are displayed. Tap on either Frame or Vinyl and then select the one you wish to apply. 

Please note that your vinyl and the changes it makes to your game is only seen by you.
