We know this is somewhat confusing, but when you purchase VIP or coins your transaction does not go through SongPop, but whomever you've downloaded SongPop from, and made the purchases through. Some places allow for recurring charges if you purchase VIP. If you are having recurring charges and wish not to, you'll have to contact whomever you made your in-app purchase through.

If you play on your computer only, then you will need to - cancel either directly via the game shop
- or via Facebook settings page, available here:
If you wish to cancel your VIP subscription, you will have to contact whomever you purchased through. Purchases do not go through us, so we have no way to refund you or view your transactions.
We do not have access to change your payment method, or card you use to make in-app purchases. Just like canceling your VIP or acquiring in-app purchase refunds, you'll have to go through whomever you make the in-app purchases through.
