Everything disappear? Have no fear!
Some users report this occurs when they have accidentally logged in with a secondary account. It is fairly easy to login with the wrong account or as a new account. To correct this issue, try logging out of SongPop on all of your devices, then try to log back in using the account information that you want to be your main account. Sometimes it helps if you reinstall SongPop.
In the future, please remember that you cannot log in with just a username or a dummy email address. You need to have an email set up to be able to log in or be connected via Facebook. Also, if you try to log in and it tells you that your username has already been taken - it is because you are either not entering the email address or perhaps have the wrong email address for logging in and so it is preventing you from creating a new account.
If you have tried everything mentioned above, and still cannot retrieve your account, please email support@songpop.zendesk.com and let us know that you have lost your progress and that you need help retrieving your account. We can only help you retrieve your account if you know your SongPop Username associated with the account you want to get back into. If you do not know your Username, we cannot look you up in our database.
