Here's a breakdown of the differences between coins and powerups. 

Coins are purchased with money, and can be used to:

1.) Buy Powerups
2.) Buy Playlists

Here are the coin packages and their cost:

400 $1.99 USD

1,000 + 200 *free (1,200) $4.99 USD

2,000 + 500 *free (2,500) $9.99 USD

5,000 + 2,500 *free (7,500) $24.99 USD

10,000 + 10,000 *free (20,000) $49.99 USD

20,000 + 30,000 *free (50,000) $99.99 USD

Powerups can only be purchased with Coins, and can be used to:

1.) Shuffle playlists
2.) Remove 2 Wrong Songs
3.) Remove 2 Wrong Artists
4.) To chat if you do not have VIP Status.
5.) To add more Best Match opponents if you do not have VIP Status.

Here are the powerup packages and their cost:

10 powerups = 400 coins
20 powerups = 720 coins
30 powerups = 1600 coins
40 powerups = 3000 coins
