We are very sorry you've been experiencing these issues with the most recent SongPop update. We've been working hard with the SongPop Team to get these issues reported and resolved. The SongPop Team has submitted a new release of SongPop and version 1.5.20 should be available very soon. Please keep checking for this important update. We don't have resolutions, but we do have some work arounds for a few of the issues you're experiencing:
Does your SongPop hang up when you "Send Challenge"?
We are continuing to investigate this issue and are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. As a work around can you please try going to SongPop Settings (Tap the gear icon) --> Account Settings --> Advanced Settings --> and turn chat on?
***This is NOT a fix, but a possible temporary workaround.***
Maybe you're experiencing an issue with the new multiplier feature:
This issue should now be resolved and we are sorry for any inconvenience. Can you please try quitting and relaunching SongPop if you are using a mobile device? If you are using Facebook, try logging out and back in again. This seems to help clear up the issue.
Confused about your location?
If your location is wrong, please note that for now locations are approximate but not exact all the time. The SongPop Team is working on a way for you to be able to correct this in an update that should be coming very soon. In the meantime, if you'd prefer to hide your location you can. Just go into your advanced settings.
